Spare parts with a possible manufacturing defect during the warranty period, marked with WARRANTY, will be reviewed by our Technical and Quality Department for analysis and assessment.

To facilitate this assessment, you can attach a photograph of the area where the manufacturing defect is visible. This way, you can avoid returning the defective part. However, if the technical service cannot make an adequate assessment based on the image provided, it reserves the right to request the shipment of the physical part.

If a return is necessary, you have a maximum period of 15 days to send the defective part and proceed to validate the warranty. Failure to return within this period will imply billing 30 days from the shipment of the replacement.
